About Us
DTDM Properties is a small family owned and operated real estate investment company located in Minnesota. We offer experience in managing and expanding manufactured housing communities.
At DTDM Properties, we strive to provide excellent customer service, quality affordable housing and a strong sense of community in all of the properties that we own and operate.

If you are interested in finding a site for your current manufactured home, we have lots available. We also offer lease to own options for new and used manufactured homes.
